I can’t believe what I’ve gone and done..
I actually signed up for blogrolling, and even inserted the code *sigh* what is the world coming to?
let me explain..
I had ‘issues’ with it before, simply because I know how to add a link to this darn thing I didn’t want to use it..
but that ‘recently updated’ feature..well it was just to much for me to resist, and believe me I have for a while now…
I scoured around, looking for something I could put on here that would let me do the same thing without signing up for this..
*sighs* nothing..nadda..zip…zilch..
I’m weak, I know..*sighs*
however..I didn’t add the ‘her’ or ‘our’ blogs to it..well because ours doesn’t ping (neither does mine..but thats another issue for another day) and hers I go to so frequently anyway (not to mention I’m usually on the phone w/ her when she posts)*g*
so haven’t 100% for certain decided I’m keeping it..like she said it might just due to popularity go kaput one day anyway…like blogback etc..did.
so I’ll test drive it for a while..yea thats it! *desperately trying to make myself feel better about not hard coding something*

  1. isn’t blogrolling cool as all hell? I’m lovingit. I have mine set to show updated in the last 12 hours, since not everyone updates every 10 minutes. LOL

  3. I have blogrolling too however the only 2 sites that ever show as “recently updated” are Mandie’s and Mercy’s. Can’t figure out why either! VERY frustrating!

  4. Seems pretty cool that can see which blog is updated and not, would save me from a lot of running around, all though I anyway run around to read comments and stuff.

  5. Cindy-the reason why is they have to ‘ping’ or something to blogrolling.com when they update, I have mine set where it doesn’t, also blogger blogs don’t
    Nico, I do the same thing, usually once a day at least to all my reads..*g* and once again I’m so glad to see you have returned!

  6. No, no, no… they have to ping weblogs.com not blogrolling.com 😉
    Under the blog configuration, there is a section where it asks if you want to ping weblogs.com when you update. If that’s not checked off, then the blogs won’t show up as updated on your blogroll.

  8. there’s another thing like it on scriptygoddess. i got errors when i installed it, but that’s probably just my installation lol
