To my friends who are frequent commenters:
I have tried to give you the ability to post without needing my approval, but you all know that I am technologically challenged. Either MT or my computer requires that I approve comments for some of you.
If you don't see your comment posted in a timely manner, I apologize. I've read it, in my e-mail, and enjoyed it, and then blithely gone my way, forgetting that others couldn't read what you had to say.
Thank you for posting, and for keeping in touch with me. I really value your friendship.

Buffy--My apologies for causing you to take extra time to post my comments. I know it's a pain in the behind. However, Movable Type is the culprit for requiring that we navigate to at least one extra screen to leave a comment, whether using "Sign in" or "comment anonymously". Further, as in blogger, the "Log in" function means, not only that the reader must remember one more log in set of data, but that the function, at times, does not work properly. Consequently, I, for one have given up on using "Log in" (I tried it just now and could not get it to accept my log in). It is much easier and faster to "comment anonymously". (This is a tie-breaker for those of us who do not have high-speed service.)
Usually, I preface my comments with the name(s) of the person(s) to whom they are aimed. If no one's name but yours appears on my comments, it is sufficient that you read them. You need not take YOUR time to post them.
