We had a quiet week this week, until Friday. I'll just give you the highlights or we'll be here forever.
Elegant Mother was recuperating from what she calls "The WORST COLD I've ever had." She'll be talking about this cold for years to come, and I'll be talking about how crabby she was.
Elegant Mother has given me her cold. :-(
Friday, Ed, the cat, was directing Elegant Mother to HURRY UP AND FEED ME, and scratched a knuckle at the base of her fingers. Despite liberal use of Polysporin, it heated up, and my sister, the nurse, suggested that we needed to stop at a Convenient Care clinic to get a prescription for antibiotics.
Saturday, we attended a surprise party for one of my brothers-in-law, who turned 70 last week. Eldest Sis did a bang up job of pulling off this party, and we got to visit with people I hadn't seen in ages. A good time was had by all.
This morning, Elegant Mother and I visited the Convenient Care and the doc prescribed antibiotics for her. She came home, took the drugs, and promptly started upchucking. We're going to try a gentler variety tomorrow. Meanwhile, I need to get her through the night without becoming dehydrated.
I've been working on pieces for a wallhanging, and checking on Mother now and then.

Recalling that I've lost two weeks's worth of e-mail files and that my mind is like swiss cheese, would you mind describing the wall hanging that you are now working on? Aren't you working on two or am I terminally confused this evening?
