I want to thank my personal IT support (read: stepsons) for getting our network up and running! It is so nice to have access to printers from both computers. Sharing files will make it so much easier to do back ups and keep track of my herb information.
I'm really excited that everything is good to go. The next time I'm at the computer, no matter which room I'm in, all our data will be at my fingertips.

Oh, it's BOTH! *G* There are times when I'd like to be able to work on office work somewhere other than the office. And, this will let me send backups to another computer for safekeeping.
Okay, okay....it will make it easier to check on the herb information, too! DH is lucky that I haven't been surfing the quilting sites, too!

The thought about the quilt sites HAD crossed my mind, but I didn't want to accuse you of any more improper use of company equipment than you were willing to plead to. The computer in your great room is so pleasantly situated that I can't imagine wanting to do the computer work elsewhere. Enjoy your newly-restored flexibility.

It IS in a lovely place. I have the best of both worlds. I can enjoy the outdoors while I work, or I can enjoy DH's company, or the warmth of a fire. I was astonished last summer to see a deer walk past my window during the day! The light at that window draws me. It's why I've never put up curtains.
