{"id":447,"date":"2007-09-17T19:50:21","date_gmt":"2007-09-17T19:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/?p=447"},"modified":"2007-09-17T19:50:21","modified_gmt":"2007-09-17T19:50:21","slug":"updates_on_life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/updates_on_life\/","title":{"rendered":"updates on life"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Life is what happens when you&#8217;re making other plans&#8221;<br \/>\nAnd it seems while said life is going on,  blogging takes a back seat <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mt\/mt-static\/smilies\/biggrin.gif\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" title=\"big grin!\" \/><br \/>\nWell where to begin&#8230;since so much has been going on here lately.<br \/>\nI started school today&#8230;I&#8217;m attending classes online to obtain my Associates in Accounting.<br \/>\nFor the last several months I&#8217;ve been looking into having another child, and in the process discovered I&#8217;m pre-diabetic, and have been on a diet to get that under control.<br \/>\nYes, you read those last 2 paragraphs correctly. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mt\/mt-static\/smilies\/laughing.gif\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" border=\"0\" alt=\"laughing.gif\" title=\"funny!\" \/><br \/>\nEven though I am working 2 jobs, I&#8217;ve decided the best course of action is for me to go back to school and get my degree&#8230;then perhaps I can eliminate one job and make more at the other <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mt\/mt-static\/smilies\/tongue.gif\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" title=\"pfft!\" \/><br \/>\nAnd now for the second paragraph&#8230;anyone that knows me can tell you that I wanted another child for years&#8230;but for a long time I didn&#8217;t think it was an option, but it is&#8230;and no, I&#8217;m not doing it alone&#8230;but I&#8217;ll discuss that part of it some other time, since I&#8217;m not really ready to share all the details so publicly yet.<br \/>\nBut in this process, I discover that a problem that was pushed aside for years by previous doctors, and even one tried to tell me that I didn&#8217;t have it, was in fact causing serious problems for me healthwise, and would have probably developed into type 2 if allowed to continue.<br \/>\nSo now for some more good news&#8230;I&#8217;m going to see my kids again in  2 1\/2 weeks <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mt\/mt-static\/smilies\/biggrin.gif\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" title=\"big grin!\" \/> My older 2  (dude and middle dude) are both playing football this year&#8230;it will be the first time I&#8217;ve gotten to see either of them play!  <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mt\/mt-static\/smilies\/cool.gif\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" border=\"0\" alt=\"cool.gif\" title=\"cool!\" \/><br \/>\nHopefully sometime soon after I return, I&#8217;ll have a moment to upgrade the site, and then update my photo blog&#8230;the 4 wheelin pictures are cute too <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/mt\/mt-static\/smilies\/wink.gif\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wink.gif\" title=\"wink!\" \/><br \/>\ntill l8r<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Life is what happens when you&#8217;re making other plans&#8221; And it seems while said life is going on, blogging takes a back seat Well where [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-447","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-thats-my-life"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/447","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=447"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/447\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=447"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=447"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.redeaglespirit.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=447"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
