The vet feels it&#8217;s good news, because she has determined what&#8217;s wrong, and feels that it is treatable.<br \/>\nEd has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabcats.org\/toxoplasmosis.html\">toxoplasmosis.<\/a>  It&#8217;s a parasite that he&#8217;s picked up from the animals he hunts outside.  We are going to give him a course of antibiotics for the next four weeks.  At least, we HOPE we are going to give him a course of antibiotics.  He is to get one milliliter twice a day, on his food.  It&#8217;s a liquid antibiotic that has been doctored with three-fish flavor!
