\nIt seems that postcards are the newest trend in advertising. They can be sent to new prospects, current customers, or past clients, and are a comparatively inexpensive way to keep your name in the public eye.
\nI’ve received postcards from Service Master, letting me know about specials on carpet cleaning, and I get one annually from the Sandwich Antique Market promoters, listing the dates of the markets. I’ve also received postcards from the Cancer Fund and Purple Heart Veterans, reminding me of pick-up dates.
\nPostcards are economical. You don’t have to pay for an envelope, or extra printing, and you minimize labor costs. Your message is absorbed immediately, and many people keep postcards handy. If your postcards are humorous, or if you have a series you are sending, you might find them on bulletin boards when you visit your customers.
