Do you have a Windows Keyboard? Perhaps, like me, you don’t know how some of the keys work. I came across a list of functions that can be performed with the keyboard rather than the mouse, and thought I’d share the list with you.<\/p>\n
\nWindows + R – Opens the “Run” dialog box
\nWindows + E – Windows Explorer
\nWindows + F – Find files or folders
\nWindows + BREAK – shows System Properties dialog box
\nWindows + F1 – Windows Help
\nWindows + D – minimize all open windows and show desktop
\nWindows + TAB – Cycle through taskbar buttons
\nWindows + M – Minimize all
\nWindows + SHIFT + M – Undo minimize all
\nPressing the Windows key alone will display the Start Menu.
\nIf you have a key to the right of the space bar with a design that looks like words on a piece of paper, that key is the “Application” key. It is a shortcut for right clicking. It will display an item’s shortcut menu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
