It was time to clean out the fridge!  I had the most incredible salad&#8230;.<br \/>\nDiced red and yellow bell pepper<br \/>\nSliced new pickle cucumbers, the first of the season, astringent and crunchy<br \/>\nCarrots sliced into very thin julienne strips<br \/>\nBroccoli stems done the same way<br \/>\nA tiny bit of red cabbage<br \/>\nCrumbles of feta cheese<br \/>\nJulienned strips of turkey<br \/>\nMarzetti&#8217;s Asian Crunch salad topping<br \/>\nA bed of mixed romaine, iceberg and spinach,<br \/>\ntopped with Green Goddess dressing<br \/>\nUntil I got to the dressing, it was an incredibly healthy meal, and did it pack a CRUNCH!
