Great sorrow

It is with great sorrow that I tell you that Dear Husband’s oldest son suffered a massive heart attack during the night. By law, Florida hospitals are not allowed to give information out over the phone, but we believe from a third hand report that the paramedics were not able to resuscitate him.
Dear Husband is flying to Orlando to be with his son.
You NEVER think that you will outlive your children.

    Jessica, I knew you had to live near the sea shore, but I had forgotten you lived near our son. Thanks for your kind offer. It’s good to have generous friends at times like these.

  10. Thank you, so much, WichiDude. Because our son passed away on a major holiday, Dear Husband will have to wait an extra day before he can search for his son’s will, and put his wishes into play. The delay, and the inaction make it all more difficult for everyone involved.
    I was surprised that we were able to get a plane ticket on four hours notice, on New Years Day. We appreciate your love, hugs and tears.
