A Season of Snow

This was what the front lawn looked like roughly five or six weeks ago:

It’s hard to believe we can change weather so fast. I generally don’t mind winter, but this winter we had exceptional snow. It snowed often and it snowed a lot. We were not the worst hit in the Chicago area. I felt we got off lightly, but you can see we had our fair share.
Bogie…..does this make you feel ANY better??? (Grins)

  1. A little – that is what my yard looks like now (well, sort of; the driveway and paths are clean, as is the roof – it is diasappearing though). Had a georgous day yesterday afternoon and was outside to enjoy it, so can’t complain!

  2. Bogie, I knew when I sent this, that our snow this year was a very small portion of what you get annually. What I didn’t know when I posted was that your parents were going to be hit with about 24 inches of snow this week! I can’t recall ever getting that much snow from one storm, and it was easily ten years ago that we had that much cumulatively. Spring is coming….I’m sure it’s out there, somewhere.
