So, this is how it starts. You buy a computer with a built-in movie camera and you get all kinds of ideas about the wacky, offbeat (lame) little desktop movies you want to make for YouTube. Or maybe you want to be vain to a smaller audience and send little pre-recorded video chats to everyone in your e-mail address book.

Whatever it is, it must be stopped!

See ... I didn't even have to think about taking a photo of myself to do it. All sepia-toned and all. And, of course, I didn't even bother to resize it because I know you'll want to download it and use the image for your Christmas cards.

Sheesh! In this look at me, look at me world (amplified by the Internet), I think they should really make it harder to do this stuff. Maybe make us all take a test of some kind.
